Home theater enthusiasts have plenty to look forward to this week as Audio Advice Live 2026 returns to the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, from August 7–9. Now in its fifth year, the event has grown into one of the largest consumer-focused home entertainment shows in the United States, bringing together many of the biggest names in high-performance audio and video under one roof.
With more than 60 exhibits, attendees will have the opportunity to experience everything from two-channel Hi-Fi systems to reference-level Dolby Atmos home theaters. Several products will also make their North American debut at the show, including the Arcam Radia A/V receivers, Focal Diva Alta Utopia, Sonus Faber Olympica G3, and the Klipsch Limited Edition 80th Anniversary Klipschorn. JBL will showcase its new Summit Series, while Sony plans to demonstrate its latest flagship RGB display technology alongside a BRAVIA 9 projector theater powered by McIntosh electronics and Sonus Faber's new Arena speakers.
The event isn't just about listening rooms. Visitors can also experience an immersive McLaren Racing Simulator, a Foresight Golf Simulator, and a multi-brand custom integration showcase highlighting the latest smart home technologies. Qobuz returns as the official streaming partner, providing exhibitors with access to its high-resolution music catalog throughout the weekend.
One of the biggest draws for enthusiasts will be the Deep Dive Sessions, where industry experts discuss topics ranging from speaker design and room acoustics to projector technology and the continued importance of physical media. Of particular interest is Saturday's panel, "Why Physical Media Still Matters," featuring CheapAudioMan's Randall Messman and Audio Advice's Harrison Lainhart—a timely discussion as collectors continue to advocate for Blu-ray and UHD disc preservation.
The weekend also includes a special kickoff event on Friday, August 7, at 5:45 p.m. at Raleigh's historic Lincoln Theater, where attendees will hear Audio Advice CEO Scott Newnam deliver a state-of-the-industry keynote before a live performance by the 12-piece band Sleeping Booty. Admission to the concert is included with every show ticket.
Whether you're planning your next stereo upgrade, building a dedicated home theater, or simply want to hear some of the industry's newest products before they reach store shelves, Audio Advice Live continues to be one of the premier events for audio and video enthusiasts.
