The Amazon Fire TV Stick Lite is a basic streaming stick that makes a good solution for your secondary TVs, such as an older set in a bedroom, basement, or den. As long as you don't expect more than the basics, you'll be pleased with its performance for the price.

The Fire TV Stick Lite is a no-brainer if you want to buy into the Fire TV ecosystem and you want just a 1080p Full HD solution. It's well priced, fast and highly capable.

Outside of lacking 4K, the Fire TV Stick (2020) handles all of the tasks you could want to throw at it. The remote can control your TV, along with getting help from Alexa, but this doesn't make too much sense when looking the whole lineup of Fire TV Sticks.

For £30 or less, the Amazon Fire TV Stick is the most complete streamer package you can get. Granted, it only supports a maximum resolution of 1080p, but the same is true of any other streaming stick at this price.

The Amazon Fire TV Stick Lite has everything you need for basic streaming, but the cheaper price doesn’t compensate enough for the compromises.

The Amazon Fire TV Stick Lite released in 2020, and packs HDR support and 60fps playback for a competent streaming experience. For its low price, though, you will be sacrificing 4K resolution as well as some TV and volume controls we're loath to give up if we can help it.

If you have a lot of Amazon subscriptions and you want a cheap device to help you watch them all from one place, the Amazon Fire TV Stick Lite will do the job. The design of the smart TV stick and remote is simple but provides you with a way to stream a great range of apps and channels in full HD.

If you want an ultracheap, capable streamer and are embedded with Alexa and the Amazon universe, this product makes a lot of sense. You may or may not miss the TV control functions but the Live TV Guide button is a real bonus for cord-cutters in particular. At $30 it's a worthy streamer and a great stocking filler.
