Despite the shortcoming, the Chord Poly certainly made the Chord Mojo better, not only in terms of functionalities but also better its sound signature and sound quality. At this pricing, you will probably not be able to find any other pairing sounding this good.

The user experience is a little way off the very best and Gofigure app helps, but it could benefit from a few more features to make it truly competitive, plus better Bluetooth support. Overall though, for a high-quality DAC and streamer that’s portable, flexible and smaller than your phone, the Mojo/Poly combination comes highly recommended.

Poly is a truly impressive addition to Mojo. Yes, it does add a little bulk to the Mojo. However, this wireless streaming module also opens up more possibilities for Mojo owners.

At £500, the Poly is expensive, but if you’re looking for the ultimate wireless setup, this is it.

So now that Poly is finally here and I’ve had a chance to run it through the paces I’m quite impressed with what Chord has created here. Although it adds a little bulk to the Mojo, the Poly Wireless Streaming Module serves well to open up the possibilities for current and future Mojo owners.

The Chord Mojo is already one of the strongest contenders in the portable audio arena. The addition of the Poly supercharges the Mojo and what was already a hugely versatile piece of equipment.
