Focal clearly knows what they are doing when they created the Hadenys, and while not their top tier line I think they hit the mark and are more attractive than spending over a grand for headphones.
Its open, detailed, and tonally neutral presentation does justice to every genre of music. If you take headphone listening seriously and have £ 600 to spare, the Hadenys should undoubtedly be on your list of models to audition.
Focal’s Hadenys (open-back) and Azurys (closed-back) are fraternal twins that make the case for sticking with a proven mechanical recipe and letting enclosure design dictate personality. By removing wireless frills and matching every other component—driver, yoke, pads, cabling—Focal spotlights the audible trade-offs between ventilation and isolation. If you own one, you will immediately “get” the other; if you own both, you’ll rarely worry about choosing the wrong headphone for the occasion.
A warm, detailed, and spacious-sounding pair of open-backed headphones, the Focal Hadenys deliver a pleasant and enjoyable sound although if you favour an energetic performance to listen to music with, there are less expensive alternatives.
The Focal Hadenys are an extremely good set of open-backed headphones that are not only durable, but sound great too. Though the cost is steep, you are getting your money's worth.
The Focal Hadenys tuning is well-rounded with surprisingly strong bass for an open-back, smooth mids, and refined treble. Detail levels aren’t outstanding, but they aren’t lacking either, and the presentation is non-fatiguing and works well across a wide variety of genres.
The Hadenys represent a commendable entry in Focal’s lineup, showcasing a beautiful design and a comfortable fit while delivering a solid auditory experience.
The Focal Hadenys came in with a few surprises up its copper-toned sleeves. Warmer and more V-shaped than you’d expect from an open-back headphone in this price range, it delivers more low-end punch and sub-bass rumble than its open construction implies.
The Hadenys is a truly remarkable amount of Clear MG for a lot less cash. It's an absolutely barnstorming bit of kit and the class of the field under a grand

Focal’s Hadenys headphones get most everything right. They are among the best-sounding dynamic-driver open-backed headphones I’ve heard.

There is almost no aspect of the Hadenys’ functionality that doesn’t exceed expectations.
