The Marantz SR7015 is an impressively specified AV amplifier that seems to sport every modern feature imaginable. In fact, aside from the absence of an FM/DAB tuner, you’d be hard pushed to think of anything that’s missing. There’s a host of connections, along with all the usual Marantz styling, making this an attractive and well-made addition to the company’s line-up.

Closing our review we can say that for one more year Marantz has left their mark on the AV receivers market by offering top notch quality and the SR7015 is one of the best 9.2 channels units you can get so far. Is it perfect? Of course not, but no release is. And what the Marantz SR7015 does, it does it really well making it excellent choice if you want the best from your home theater and more.

There's a reason that flagship AV receivers command a premium price tag, so it should come as no surprise that the SR7015 can't reach the dizzy heights of Marantz's higher-priced SR8015. However, what was unexpected is just how capable the mid-range model is. It's got everything necessary for a thrilling, engaging home theatre experience, with a big soundstage, solid dynamics and powerful bass. What little it yields in terms of pinpoint accuracy it more than makes up for with musical ability. So if you're in the market for an affordable quality receiver that's equally at home with action blockbusters as it is with music, I'd strongly suggest an audition.
