If you can’t (or don't want to) spring for the Apple products or (like my daughter, constantly losing your earbuds) the Monoprice Horizon model is a great alternative.

These earphones from Monoprice offer good sound quality, very good call quality, and comfort. But they lack in ANC and controls.

The Monoprice Horizon ANC earphones deliver relatively solid active noise cancellation, surprisingly robust Bluetooth codec support, and a detailed sonic experience for just over $50.

The Monoprice Horizon ANC are a great pair of true wireless earbuds that offer tremendous value for their price. Audio is detailed, calls are clear and the feature set is very well-rounded.

These days, any praise that isn’t glowing is somehow viewed as a negative review. You shouldn’t read my review that way. To a certain extent, Monoprice is the victim of its own success. I’ve had so many products from them that absolutely perform well above what I expected at their price. In the case of the Horizon ANC True Wireless Earphones, the sound quality was good for the price. Good means good. Not bad.

As with other wireless earbuds, losing one breaks the other but now it would only be a $60 mistake instead of over $100. If you are looking for a pair of running earbuds or are prone to losing tiny objects, then Monoprice’s Horizon TrueWireless earbuds make a lot of sense.

Anyone looking to replicate the AirPods experience without the price should consider the Monoprice TWE-ANC earphones. The comparable battery life and comfort of the earphones are reasons enough to buy.

If you want affordable true wireless earbuds, these are a solid option especially for those who prioritize compactness above all else. However, if earbud size doesn’t matter too much to you, the cheaper JLab JBuds Air may be a better fit for your ears and your wallet.
