The overall sound performance is also satisfying. It is a reliable AV receiver.

    The Onkyo TX-NR696 is a great all-rounder for people who want to build a home theater at a reasonable price. . It has enough power for a living room and is great for a classic 5.1 setup - with or without two pairs of height channels.
