Despite their size, you don’t have to worry about them falling out or getting damaged. They provide a clear image of the sound and can give you just the right amount of immersion/escape from the outside world while still giving a sense of awareness. I would highly recommend these if you’re looking for a hassle-free, quality workout earbud that still sounds good.
The Sennheiser Sport True Wireless fit super securely in the ears – the combination of ear tips and fins does a great job. The open, as well as the closed EarTips, offer an interesting approach to taming ambient noise without using active circuitry, although the effect was not as strong as you might expect. Nevertheless, the Sennheiser Sport True Wireless did their job very well: their excellent sound was clear and assertive, their app connection was successful, and they were also durable! If you are looking for high-quality headphones – not just for sports – you might have found a capable sparring partner in these True Wireless in-ears.
For athletes and joggers that need to stay aware of their environment while working out, these are the best earbuds to get. The earbuds stay secure within the ear, feature dust and water resistance, good sound, and great battery life. While we wish these earbuds had ANC for listening in noisy environments, the Sennheiser Sport True Wireless excels at its main objectives with flying colors.
Sennheiser came very close to creating the perfect running headphones in the form of the SPORT True Wireless. The open/closed ear tips system is not without flaws but offers more versatility than standard true wireless earbuds. Buy these buds if you need secure-fitting, well-sounding buds for exercise and running.
They may lack a little on the noise cancellation front, but the Sennheiser Sport True Wireless are the best-sounding sports headphones I’ve tried for £120, and the fit is secure despite the chunky design.
Audiophiles aren't likely to overlook the tradeoffs that the Sennheiser Sport True Wireless earbuds make, but those who looking for something they can wear to the gym are going to appreciate the practical upsides and the budget-friendly price-tag.
Sennheiser's sporty earbuds debut makes you change the ear tips depending on where you plan to use them, and while they can sound good, you have to learn to move with what's also missing here.
Overall I have mixed feelings about these earbuds. Let’s go with the good: they sound phenomenal; the bass is ace and they are moisture resistant; more so than some other Sennheiser models. Plus the battery life is outstanding and better than average.
The Sennheiser Sport True Wireless in-ears deliver solid audio, but suffer from a disappointing water-resistance rating and an uninspiring swappable eartip design.
