You can use this neckband speaker with any Bluetooth source, but pairing it with a Sony Bravia XR-series TV enables a unique and fun surround-sound experience.
The Sony SRS NS7 does give a glimpse of the future but I'm still unsure of the possible use cases for this. The most logical one I could think of is for those who live in flats or apartments where you can't blast the sound to have a theatre-like experience as it may be a problem for the neighbours. It's phenomenal to think that Sony has managed to find a way to deliver sound straight into the ear without covering them up. It's not the first to do, but it's certainly the best to do so.
The Sony SRS-NS7 is an open wireless neck hanging speaker with a very personal design and comfortable wearing. It is very suitable for those users who want a high-quality audio and video experience and pursue a certain degree of portability. It can meet the use of multiple scenarios, and at the same time, the unique 360° on-site sound effect personal customization technology makes this speaker sound excellent. If you want a wearable private theater, consider the Sony SRS-NS7 speaker.
The SRS-NS7 headband speaker can be a really great product for the right person. Its features and functionality are pretty specific, so you have to make sure that they’ll work for you. I would recommend this if you enjoy watching movies late at night or if you’re looking for an un-fussy home theatre set-up.
The NS7 is a practical solution for situations where a directional but open sound is wanted, but it fails to deliver a convincing overall surround sound experience

The Sony SRS-NS7 was made for movies, but shines in video games, where surround sound works as good or better than headphones.
