Boy was I pleasantly surprised by the SVS Ultra Evolution Tower loudspeakers. While at first glance they may resemble other piano black gloss floorstanding speakers, I was impressed by them in a way that is most decidedly uncommon.
Big, bold, and powerful, the SVS Ultra Evolution Pinnacle certainly makes a statement. If you have the space and suitable amplification, they may very well bowl you over!
I think its overall sound signature is nice, and a little bit of extra bass can be pleasing on a lot of content. On acoustic music, it gave a bit more weight to kettle drums and double bass.
However, with the Ultra Evolution Pinnacle, the US manufacturer again delivers a performance that in many ways makes a mockery of the price point – particularly regards authentically deep, punchy bass and room-filling scale.
I have had some great listening sessions with the Titan, difficult to finish sessions and as a result they are staying here with me, I bought the review pair.
so overall I preferred the speakers’ sound with Trinnov’s Optimizer engaged, even though the tradeoff was losing a bit of width and space beyond the towers.
this is so far this is this is on my list of favorites um I really really enjoyed listening to them and having the opportunity opportunity opportunity to review them it really didn't matter what I play I I played country music and it sounded great uh I played EDM folk
You can tell SVS put a lot of time and effort into the redefining of what a reference sound could be. The system is capable, revealing and good looking to boot. It wavers slightly from the price-to-performance ratio SVS fans have come to adore from its subwoofer range, but it is good to see the company targeting a different segment.
SVS has earned a formidable reputation for producing loudspeakers and subwoofers that outperform their reasonable price points. With the new Ultra Evolution range, they’ve more than upheld their past record. While the Ultra Evolution speakers are the company’s priciest offerings to date, most home theater enthusiasts don’t need to win the lottery or take out a second mortgage to at least consider them.

I was impressed by the flagship’s commendably clean sonics, natural-sounding midrange, and deep, authoritative bass.

As the ‘baby’ floorstander in the SVS’s Ultra Evolution range, this is lot of loudspeaker for the money with a smooth and rich musical delivery.
