      The Sony BRAVIA 8 is a well-rounded OLED TV that delivers excellent performance without the premium price of flagship models. While it's still a little on the pricier side, it provides the deep black levels and outstanding contrast OLEDs are known for, along with a range of calibrated modes for streaming services. Its color accuracy and impressive HDR performance make it a great option for both movie lovers and everyday viewing. With its blend of performance and value, the Sony BRAVIA 8 easily earns our AVS Top Choice for 2024.

      Another impressive OLED TV from Sony with big appeal to home cinema fans. There are improvements to the Bravia 8’s picture, the design is more convenient and Google TV offers a slick smart experience; but this isn’t a big jump over the A80L. It could arguably do with a boost to brightness to compete with five-star models from LG and Philips.

      Finally pulled the trigger on this and could not be happier has an amazing picture, beautiful color, and picture perfect color accuracy. What surprised me the most was just how good the built in audio was. 10/10

      I have the Bravia 8 WOLED 2024 model which I have had about 8 months or so Beautiful picture in HDR! Sound is amazing I have a couple of pet peeves that really bother me The motion smoothing is horrible on this tv. I find myself always adjusting the motion flow settings constantly depending on what I’m watching. I seem not to be able to get rid of the blur or judder at the same time so I have to adjust everytime I change to different content. EI YouTube, Netflix cable box etc ? As well the TV automatically dims after a minute or two. I have phoned Sony to see if there was a fix for this issue but engendering told me it is done on purpose to protect the OLED TV First OLED I have ever purchased so it’s bitter sweet for me ?
